After all of my rants and raves about the house, I thought I'd end today's posts on a good note.
We are adjusting to our new life in the Lone Star state. My teenage drama queen is thriving here. Can you believe she'll start high school in the fall? I can't possibly be that old.
Big Guy is going to be in 1st grade. He is such a little man. He's already adopted the Texas Twang. He sounds like a native y'all.
I am not loving the weather, hot and humid, but I do love the area. Lots to do, lots to see, lots of really nice people. They sure are friendly in the south.
It doesn't make me any less homesick. I miss Bunco, Girls' Night Out, and YOU!! Keep me posted. I'll do the same.
